Help us listen to you! New survey looks at how we involve patients during Coronavirus
Thursday 02 July 2020
Listening to patients is at the heart of our work. A strong patient voice helps us to make better decisions and improve local NHS services – but the way we listen needs to change, due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
Patients and local groups play a vital role through a range of different forums and events, but current guidelines mean we cannot hold physical meetings or events.
Many of us have been communicating in different ways during the pandemic – from Facetime chats with friends to family get-togethers on Zoom – and we’d like to hear your views on which of these new approaches would help you link with us at the CCG.
It would be a great help to us if you can complete our survey: tell us which options you prefer for keeping in touch and commenting on your CCG’s work.
